We want you to absolutely love your purchase from The Cabana South! If for any reason you don't, we're happy to offer you refund! — but here’s everything you need to know! Please keep in mind we are a small business and we have these policies put in place for a reason. We truly appreciate your support!
⏳ You Have 10 Days to Decide
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date. After 10 days, no refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be offered!
💌 How to Request a Return
All returns must be requested first before sending anything back.

Create an Account
Head to our website and go to orders to create an account using the email you used to place your order.
(No spam, we promise — it’s just to access your order!) -
Request Your Return
Once logged in, view your Order History, and click "Request Return." -
Get Your Label
Once approved, we’ll email you a return label. A $5 shipping fee will be required. Just print, pack and ship!
🏷️ Keep That Tag On!
All returned items must have original tags attached and be in new, unworn condition. Items that are worn, damaged, soiled, or laundered will not be accepted.
❌ Final Sale = No Returns
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
🛍️ In-Store Pickup Policy
Shopping local? We’ve got you! If you choose in-store pickup, here’s what to know:

You’ll have 5 days to pick up your order once it’s ready.

If your order is not picked up within 5 days, it will be automatically canceled.
Make sure to swing by on time so we can get your goodies into your hands!
